Stealing toys from others is what cognitive develpoment?
A three year old kid frequently takes other children's toys. The mother tells him to stop but doesn't listen.

What cognitive development does this apply to? I need to respond to this for my Psychology class. How can I stop the 3 yr old kid from stealing other kid's toys?
