   For some reason this great track jumped into my head at 1am this morning! I covered this in a band in the early 90s and forgot how good a track it is – can’t believe it was 88 tho!!!

   TRUE, but SOTT of prince was better than any of those and his tour was the best ever. where are these people now? look where prince is still making records and sold out tours

   Excellent! I haven’t seen this video in more than 20 years! And throughout that time I always thought “Cuddly Toy” was his best hit. This hit was released around the same time Living Colour’s “Cult Of Personality” became a hit. That same year, Terence Trent D’Arby made waves with his brand of neo- and retro-funk/rock/soul fusion. The next year came Lenny Kravitz, and the Black Rock Movement was on. No longer would black rock be limited to Prince, Tina and pop.

   MEt him at the ABC in Glasgow last sunday. Gig was amazing and the bass guy afterwards was like ‘yeah! i got myself some fans!’ twas hilarious :) Love this song though, my favourite

    just saw him on sun night in glasgow.he was AMAZING as always!!!!!!! I think we should start a quest to remind the world how great ANDREW really is!ROCK/FUNK/SOUL genius!!!!!!!! CMON BIG MAN,GET IN THERE!!!!

    sometime in 1989 there was this 15 year old girl asking for Roachford in her local record shop in the outskirts of Barcelona and the sales guy replied “Roach…que? “, she wrote it down in a piece of paper and got the record imported from the UK some weeks later. One of the best vynils I ever bought.
